Fruit Atelier Service Agreement

1. Introduction to the atelier

This Fruit Atelier Service Agreement applies to your use of Appily Twentyseven and every purchase of fresh fruits including citrus atelier selections, berry gallery picks, tropical edits, stone fruit collections, melon studio crates, pome selections and exotic finds through our boutique fruit storefront. By accessing the site, creating an account, or completing checkout, you agree to the terms set out below.

2. Merchant identification

APPILY TWENTYSEVEN FRUIT ATELIER PRIVATE LIMITED operates this website under the trade name Appily Twentyseven. Our registered office is located at Atelier 27, Style Exchange Floor, Fruit Gate Plaza, Bengaluru, Karnataka 560001.

3. Product catalogue

We offer fresh fruits including citrus atelier selections, berry gallery picks, tropical edits, stone fruit collections, melon studio crates, pome selections and exotic finds. Product photography represents typical harvest appearance; natural variation in size, colour, ripeness, and sweetness may occur between seasons, growing regions, and individual lots.

All prices are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and reflect the weight or pack size shown on each product card.
Seasonal fruits may show limited availability during off-peak harvest periods.
Declared pack weights and piece counts are subject to normal market tolerances.

4. Account eligibility

Checkout requires an email-verified account. Purchasers must be eighteen years of age or older, or have a parent or legal guardian complete the transaction on their behalf.

5. Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once prepaid payment is received or Cash on Delivery is accepted on screen.
Accepted payment methods include UPI, debit and credit cards, net banking, and Cash on Delivery where serviceable.
Any courier surcharge for COD orders is displayed before you confirm checkout.

6. Perishability notice

Fresh fruits are perishable goods. Ripeness and shelf life at delivery depend on harvest timing, transit duration, and ambient temperature. We pack with ventilated chilled liners but cannot guarantee identical texture on arrival for every variety.

7. Governing law

This agreement is governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located near our Bengaluru registration address.
