1. Our quality standard

Appily Twentyseven selects fruit lots for freshness, appearance, and pack integrity. If your order does not meet this standard, we will review your case under the conditions below.

2. Eligible return scenarios

  • Wrong fruit variety or pack size delivered compared to your order confirmation.
  • Shipment lost in transit or undelivered beyond the stated delivery window.
  • Fruit arrives crushed, leaking, or clearly spoiled on arrival — report within 24 hours with photographs.

2. Non-eligible scenarios

  • Normal ripening variation after delivery when fruit was sound at dispatch.
  • Preference-based returns (taste, sweetness, or size preference).
  • Orders where delivery was attempted but the recipient was unavailable.

3. How to raise a claim

Contact atelier@appilytwentyseven.com or use Track & Support within 24 hours of delivery. Include your order number, a brief description, and clear photographs of the fruit and packaging.

4. Resolution options

Approved claims may receive a replacement shipment, store credit, or refund to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
