Order Amendment Policy
Effective date: 17 July 2026
1. Before dispatch
You may request cancellation or address amendment via Track & Support before your order is handed to the courier. Prepaid amounts are refunded within 5–7 business days once cancellation is confirmed.
2. After dispatch
Once a fruit order leaves our atelier, cancellation is not possible. Please refer to our Quality Assurance & Returns policy if there is an issue with delivery.
3. Partial cancellations
We cannot remove individual items from a confirmed order. You may cancel the entire order before dispatch and place a new order with your revised selection.
